Delivery and return of radios by UPS carrier
can be arranged.
The hire period starts from the dispatched date from our premises to the
return date.
Chargers are included if the radios are to be used for more then one
day.
Insurance for loss or damage is not included.
All prices exclude VAT
We only hire Kenwood radios because of the
top quality and reliability (as used by most F1 racing teams) By sticking to
one brand all accessories, batteries and chargers are inter compatible.
Our radios are not cheep "446" high street units, but high power
professional PMR units with 5 watt power output.
All radios are dispatched with at least 3 radio channels programmed, on hire
licensed frequencies for use in the UK. A Licence that we hold.
Re programming for specific frequencies £0.50 per radio
Please note that these prices are special
web prices for "dry" hire.
If you require radio hire in conjunction with our Public Address system our
normal £9.50 price will apply.
This price reflects that we will personally deliver the radios early on the
day of the event, an engineer will always be available, spare batteries will
always be available, spare or extra radios are normally brought to the event
just in case you never ordered enough before hand, ear pieces will normally
be available, special dual headset control equipment is available for some
events that is not individually priced, expensive talk through equipment
will be used if large distances are involved and at the end of the day we
are are able to collect & return all radios saving you or the organisers
time, effort and money.

Payment by cheque prior to dispatch will be required unless prior
arrangements have been made.
A copy of a utility bill from the delivery address may be required or other
means of ID.
